Implementation of management software and an efficient barcode system for order identification enable us to monitor the entire workflow in real time.
Two monitors installed in the production departments complete this innovative management procedure: every resource in the company is fully aware of the process being performed by each machine, of the delivery priorities and the progress status of the work orders.

CONTROL ROOM
To streamline the handling of materials and ensure a smooth pace of work, we decided to mark off the areas dedicated to each operation.
One of these is a large department dedicated to final quality control where the most thorough procedures are performed using cutting-edge technology. Our continuous scan three-dimensional machine, endoscope, profilometer, altimeters, roughness tester, gauges, micrometers, Go-No Go gauges, setting rings…are only some of the instruments we use for our scrupulous dimensional, geometric and functional verifications.
